Building upon the 1970’s “City-as-School” educational model, this design for a middle school in Wall St is based upon an immersive museum style learning, one that is exhibition-based with the capacity to transform, allowing for a variety of learning  and teaching experiences. Seeing the homogenous makeup of the financial center turned luxury residential neighborhood, my design envisions the school year as a series of public exhibitions, infusing the community with creativity and creating a link between the neighborhood and the school.
